# About Speedscale

We're building a more reliable, cost-effective, and scalable way to test and deliver cloud-native software applications.

## Our Mission

Production Traffic Replication makes what was once impossible for devs, possible—fine-tuning releases, accurately predicting production performance, endless experimentation, and so much more.

## Our Core Values

### Integrity

We pride ourselves on doing what we say we'll do, bringing this mentality to every interaction. Our customers and partners depend on us and we intend to deliver, each and every time.

### Attitude of Service

We're customer-obsessed, and firmly believe if we make them successful, we'll be successful. We go above and beyond to drive positive outcomes to help them achieve their goals.

### Resourcefulness

We find clever, innovative ways to work with what we have, reimagining what's possible with the skills, talents, and tools on hand. We practice good judgment when it comes to how we spend our time and money.

### Respect

We follow the Golden Rule of treating our fellow teammates, customers, and partners with utmost respect, always.
